140 children on Palace Square to watch the Changing of the Guard.

Unprecedented gathering, Sunday, 7 May, in the Palace Square: nearly 140 children were able to watch the Changing of the Guard at precisely 11:55 am.

The Louis Carlésimo association, which supports sick children and their families in their fight against illness through entertainment, had brought around forty young people to give them a memorable experience in the daily lives of the Carabinieri of H.S.H. the Prince.
By chance of the calendar, another association, Les Képis Pascalunes, which assists orphans and widows of the French National Gendarmerie, was also present with numerous children. During this weekend, the association was indeed hosting in Fréjus, then in Monaco, nearly a hundred children aged 6 to 14 as part of the solidarity project «Du Bleu Dans Les Yeux».

After the Changing of the Guard, a period for the young visitors to chat with the Carabiniers and a photo session in front of the Princely Palace brought this late morning to a close.
